How to take the first step? The question which I have been asked by youngsters so many times during my fitness career. In this blog I am going to discuss about how you can start your fitness journey in the right direction because nobody can mislead you if you follow the right steps, “It's better to be slow and careful in the right direction than to be fast and careless on the wrong path. Be sure that you are on the right path before you begin to take your steps.
First Step in Fitness
When you take a decision to change your body, there are many ideas
which strikes in your mind, some people might start by joining a fitness club,
some might choose jogging, cycling, swimming, sports etc., which is actually a
very good thing and you should be proud of your decision because the hardest thing about exercise is
to start doing it. Once you are doing exercise regularly, the hardest thing is
to stop it, Human body is the most
complicated and beautiful machine created by God and it’s our job to keep
the body in good health. There is a very famous Chinese proverb “Dig the well
before you are thirsty”, so start working on your health and fitness and move
one step closer to a better Life style.
THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR BEGINNERS
Hard work is much more important than talent but it should be in the right direction with true guidance. The common mistake which youngster do these days is they get impressed by bodies which they see in magazines, networking sites or in movies, they follow the same exercise ,diet plans, They invest a lot of time in watching videos and try to incorporate everything which they either read or watch on daily basis. Let me give you an example, Why is that the first thing you learn in School is A B C D and.1 2 3?...because that’s the basic and until and unless your base is strong you cannot make progress in school .The same goes in the world of fitness ,Youngsters don’t work on their basics ,They want a short cut.Do you really think that a ten minutes HIIT workout or fifteen minutes Abs workout will help you to achieve your goal if you are a beginner…Well I will say NO ,you need to give 1000 percent or even more ,Go for all basic workouts for first five ,six months like Dips ,pull-ups,pushups. Squats, Crunches, skipping, stretching, Resistance training no matter what ever your goal is, remember one thing “Behind every self-made Champion are blood, sweat and tears. Work on your weak points and believe in yourself. The cure for anything is sweat or tears, choose sweat that will open the door for pride.
